TRAINING COURSE: TSCA + Fragrance

Understanding the complex and increasing regulatory requirements of today’s U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) can be daunting. It is critical for companies that manufacture, import, process, or use chemicals in the U.S. or ship chemicals to the U.S. to be aware of how TSCA affects their businesses. This can be particularly challenging where fragrances are concerned, due to their complex and variable nature.

Join us for a targeted online training course led by experts from UL’s TSCA Services Team designed to arm you with the fundamental concepts and key provisions of TSCA, with a focus on the specific impacts to the fragrance industry. You will learn insights and best practices needed to ensure compliance and successfully enter and stay in the U.S. fragrance market.
