- FDA and FTC issued a warning letter to one company for selling fraudulent COVID-19 products, as part of the agency’s effort to protect consumers. The warned seller, Free Speech Systems LLC, DBA INFOWARS.com, offers unapproved and misbranded products for the prevention or treatment of COVID-19.
- EPA - Georgia resident arrested for selling illegal products claiming to protect against viruses

These new questions focus on unintentional ingestion of hand sanitizer by children, as there has been an increase in calls to Poison Control for unintentional ingestion of hand sanitizer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
