‘ESSENTIAL BUSINESS’ LETTER / ‘ESSENTIAL WORKER’ CARD - FCA COVID-19 Management Tools

Dear Fragrance Creators Members:

Please be aware, the fragrance supply chain is included in the Federal government’s “essential business” designation.[1] This means that your operations are exempt from state/local- mandated COVID-19-related closures or restrictions that render your facilities inoperable.

However, in the unlikely event you are asked to close/unduly restrict operations, we can provide a template letter that you can use to educate the authorities. Download a copy of the letter on Fragrance Creators' Members Only Portal.

For your employees that you designate essential to your business, we can provide a “Designated Essential Worker” template card that they should keep on their persons while in transit to/from work. Download the card on Fragrance Creators' Members Only Portal.
