President Biden directed OSHA to develop an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure that their workforce is fully vaccinated or else requires workers who remain unvaccinated to be tested at least weekly. OSHA officially issued the text of the ETS online in early November 2021.
